q. What program are you currently using to create stick art?
a. Adobe Photoshop CS5.

q. How much does a request cost?
a. Request are currently FREE.

q. What characters do you play?
a. a plays blanka, k plays chun li

q. What is this symbol on the templates?
a. The symbol is a watermark.

q. Can you teach me how to make stick art?
a. Unfortunately, due to time, we can not.

q. Where can I print my art?
a. We use Kinkos or Office Depot. Both are fine.

q. What type of paper do you print on?
a. Kinko's/Office Depot's glossy card stock.

q. Where do you get your templates?
a. We use Art's templates from tek-innovations.

q. Are you guys on SRK?
a. We are indeed. a is under the screen name aerist, k is under the screen name aeriea.

q. How long does it take you to make a template?
a. Between one to seven days.

q. I haven't heard from you in two days, have you forgotten about my request?
a. Definitely not! While we spend a lot of time on our requests, other things might pop up that prevent us from checking our email. Don't worry, we will check it and reply as soon as we can.

q. How will you send me the file?
a. We will try to send it via e-mail if the file is under 25mb, if it exceeds 25mb we will upload it to mediafire.com to send you the link via email.
